JAGGER Grünerløkka is part of JAGGER, founded in Copenhagen in 2016 by former Michelin-star chef Rasmus Oubæk. 👨🍳
At JAGGER, we make high-quality fast food using the best ingredients. We bake our own organic burger buns and use freshly grounded beef in our burgers every day. 🍔
YOUR ROLE AS SHIFT MANAGER
As Shift Manager, you are responsible for the kitchen during your shift. You lead the team on duty and ensure that quality, hygiene, and daily operations run smoothly.
You work closely with the Kitchen Manager and act as the responsible leader when they are not present — while still being an active part of the kitchen during service.
This is a part-time position with daytime and evening shifts on both weekdays and weekends, with the possibility of extra hours.

Have experience from the restaurant industry — or naturally take responsibility
Lead by example and stay calm under pressure
