WHO ARE WE?

JAGGER is a burger chain founded in Copenhagen, Denmark, in 2016 by former Michelin-star chef Rasmus Oubæk. In 2023, we began our international journey in Oslo on Storgata, and now we are ready to expand. At JAGGER, we make high-quality fast food using the best ingredients. We bake our organic burger buns in-house and use freshly grounded beef in our burgers every day. 🍔

YOUR ROLE AS KITCHEN MANAGER

As Kitchen Manager, you are responsible for the kitchen operations in your restaurant. You are front lead in the daily operations, manage your team, and ensure that quality, procedures, and the working environment always meet our standards.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and motivate your kitchen team in daily operations

• Ensure quality and hygiene through procedures

• Plan staff schedules and cover shifts in case of sickness

• Ensure recipes are followed and ingredients are prepared for the day

• Order supplies and maintain equipment

• Develop and train your team to perform at their best

• Manage inventory and conduct monthly stock counts

WE EXPECT THAT YOU

• Have experience from the restaurant industry as part of a kitchen team

• Have leadership experience – or naturally take responsibility and lead by example

• Are quality-conscious and strive for the highest standards

• Are a team player with strong communication skills

• Thrive in a busy and dynamic environment
