YOUR ROLE AS SHIFT MANAGER
As Shift Manager, you take charge of the restaurant during your shift. You make sure the kitchen and the restaurant run smoothly, the team works well together, and our quality standards are always met. You lead by example and support the Kitchen Manager whenever needed.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, coordinate, and support the kitchen and front-of-house team during your shift

• Assign tasks and make sure everyone understands their responsibilities

• Make sure the restaurant is ready before opening and stays organized during the shift

• Check that food is prepared according to Jagger's recipes and quality standards

• Keep an eye on service flow, so food comes out on time and customers are happy

• Make sure hygiene, food safety, and cleaning routines are followed

• Spot problems early and act on them quickly and calmly

• Open or close the restaurant properly and hand over important information to the next shift or manager

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Experience working in a kitchen or restaurant

• Leadership experience - or you naturally take responsibility and lead by example

• A strong focus on quality, hygiene, and service

• Good communication skills - you explain things clearly and calmly

• You stay positive and reliable, even in a busy and dynamic environment

• Hourly wage: 145-155 kr, depending on qualifications and experience
