YOUR ROLE AS SHIFT MANAGER

As a Shift Manager, you will share responsibility for the kitchen operations in your restaurant. You will lead by example in the daily operation, manage your team, and ensure that quality standards, procedures, and the working environment consistently meet our expectations.

YOUR PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and motivate your kitchen team in daily operations

• Ensure quality and food safety standards are maintained through procedures (eSmiley, audits, etc.)

• Ensure recipes are followed and ingredients are prepared for daily service

• Order supplies and maintain kitchen equipment

• Train and develop your team to perform at their best

• Follow up on cleaning tasks and ensure efficient service during busy periods

• Manage inventory and conduct monthly stock counts
